In this role, you will work alongside other developers, quality assurance testers, and product owners on one of our agile teams to deliver a highly stable, quality software product to our customers.

Responsibilities

• .Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to gather, analyze, and document software requirements
• .Estimate effort and complexity for user stories and technical tasks during sprint planning
• .Design and develop backend software solutions using Python / Django following best coding practices
• .Build, execute, and maintain automated unit tests to ensure code quality and stability
• .Deploy applications to development, staging, and production environments
• .Prepare and deliver software demonstrations to stakeholders and clients as required
• .Maintain clear and structured system and process documentation
• .Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• .Mentor junior developers through pair programming, code reviews, and technical guidance
• .Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate technical approaches and solutions
• .Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery
• .Stay current with trends in front-end development, and proactively suggest improvements, tools, and technologies.
