Role Overview
As a Program Manager – Branch Expansion , you will be responsible for managing the expansion, operations and PnL of new branches — from planning to on-ground execution. This role combines branch GTM, operational rigor, analytical thinking, and customer problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Program Execution : Own the full lifecycle of new branch launches — planning, approvals, setup, tracking, and performance management.
On-Ground Execution : Personally oversee branding, hiring, vendor coordination, and BTL marketing to ensure a seamless launch experience.
Data & Analytics : Track key program metrics, analyze branch performance, and derive insights to drive efficiency and growth.
Stakeholder Management : Coordinate across internal functions (sales, operations, business, compliance, tech) and external partners to ensure timely delivery.
Process Excellence : Build scalable SOPs, checklists, and review mechanisms to ensure consistent execution quality in terms of PnL, risk and compliance.
Customer-Centric Thinking : Incorporate customer insights and feedback loops to ensure every branch reflects Rupeek’s service promise.
Travel : Frequent travel to cities for launch oversight, audits, and field execution.
What We’re Looking For
Experience : 2–4 years in program management, operations, or expansion roles — ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment, and focussed on offline programs.
Skills :
Self-starter comfortable with end-to-end ownership and field execution
Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (mandatory)
Strong analytical mindset and process orientation
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in offline GTM strategy and on-ground marketing operations
Good to have : Working knowledge of SQL , experience with branch ops
