Job Role : Manager-US Accounting

Experience : 8+ years

Job Location : Gurgaon, Hyderabad

Mode of Work : Full Time

Eligibility Criteria : CPA Pursuing, Qualified EA, EA Pursuing, Qualified ACCA, Qualified CPA

Description

Job Responsibilities :

Client Deliverables & CRM

  • Day To Day operational work and coordination with senior
  • Operations Staff for Client Delivery Status
  • To Track Client Email and other alternatives (like Dropbox, FTP Folder etc) for new work orders
  • To prioritize the new work order / client for processing
  • To update clients and internal management on daily work status
  • To review work order / project prior to the final output email
  • To respond to client on their queries / email

Internal process improvement

  • Update Revised Internal Review Checklist
  • Quarterly Review and Revise Internal Review Work Checklist Time to Time

    • New Clients / Projects Planning and execution

  • To Follow up with Client for initial set-up and transition.
  • Introduce our services and understand the Client work process.
  • To Transit New Client / Project to operations staff.
  • To Follow-up with existing client for new project / work orders.

  • To Identify and Recruitment of new skilled staff.
  • To provide Internal Training.
  • To Create or Develop Internal Matrix to skilled new staff or existing team member.
  • Bi-weekly / Monthly Meeting with Staff.

    • Client Billing or Invoicing

  • Review and Send Monthly Client Invoices.
  • Preparation of Monthly Client Aging Report.
  • To Follow-up with client for the outstanding payments

    • Management Reporting for Board Meeting

  • To prepare Monthly Financials for Management / Board meeting.
  • To Analyze and Report the Financial variances to Management.

    • Academic Requisites

  • B. Com Graduates / CA Inter / CA / ICWA Inter / ICWA / CPA / ACCAs
  • Good academics would be a prerequisite for this vacancy.

    • Behavioral Skills

  • Ability to work in a team and with different personalities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
  • Good English Communication skills (written and verbal both).
  • Strong decision-making skills with good eye for detail.
  • Bright, Smart, Proactive, and motivated individuals.

    • Technical Skills

  • Good working knowledge of UK GAAP, VAT and PAYE, Sales Tax (US) with at least 1 year of US / UK work experience.
  • Fluency in using MS Office tools like Outlook, Word, Excel, and other UK Accounting software's like (Sage, Viztopia, Iris, MYOB, QuickBooks, Peachtree, CSA, etc.)

    • Qualifications

  • Experience : 7 to 10 yrs
  • Job Location : Gurgaon
  • Ability to work in a team and with different personalities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
  • Good English communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Good telephone etiquette.
  • Strong decision-making skills with a good eye for detail

  • Flexibility to work outside normal business hours where required.
