Job Overview :

We are seeking a talented Lead Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic team in Mohali.

This is a full-time, mid-level position perfect for someone passionate about blockchain and digital innovation.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in building robust applications and have a strategic mindset to help bring groundbreaking Web 3.0 solutions to life.

Qualifications And Skills :

Proficiency in the mern stack, including MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (Mandatory skill).

Solid experience with RDBMS for effective data management and relational database handling in complex applications.

Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, enabling you to craft responsive and dynamic web interfaces.

Experience working with TypeScript to enhance code quality and maintainability in larger codebases.

Familiarity with microservices architecture for scalable and distributed application development.

Competency in AWS for deploying, managing, and maintaining cloud applications efficiently.

Strong understanding of deployment processes to ensure seamless application releases and updates.

Experience with version control systems to manage code changes and collaborate effectively with team members.

Roles And Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor the development team, driving best practices and technical innovations in full-stack development.

Architect and implement complex web applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and user experience.
