Role Summary
We are hiring an experienced Recruiter who has handled end-to-end hiring in an RPO or Implant model. The role demands strong execution skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive volume as well as niche hiring in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboardingWork closely with Client HR and Hiring Managers to understand requirements and deliver talent on timeCoordinate interviews, feedback, evaluation processes, and offer approvalsMaintain recruitment progress on ATS, dashboards, and weekly / monthly hiring reportsParticipate in recruitment drives, hiring events, and talent engagement initiativesEnsure a positive candidate experience and maintain stakeholder satisfactionAchieve closure targets within defined SLAs and timelinesPerks & Benefits
