Role Summary

We are hiring an experienced Recruiter who has handled end-to-end hiring in an RPO or Implant model. The role demands strong execution skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive volume as well as niche hiring in a fast-paced environment.

  • Expertise in managing high-volume and niche hiring assignments
  • Strong stakeholder communication and maturity in interactions
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver within committed timelines
  • Strong planning, self-organization, and execution speed
  • Proficiency in ATS, data management, reporting & hiring metrics

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding
  • Work closely with Client HR and Hiring Managers to understand requirements and deliver talent on time
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, evaluation processes, and offer approvals
  • Maintain recruitment progress on ATS, dashboards, and weekly / monthly hiring reports
  • Participate in recruitment drives, hiring events, and talent engagement initiatives
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain stakeholder satisfaction
  • Achieve closure targets within defined SLAs and timelines
