About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to manage Sales & Marketing functions. This role will act as a strategic liaison between HR and commercial teams, driving talent acquisition, performance management, engagement, and HR digitization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Sales & Marketing hiring and workforce planning.
- Drive performance review cycles , incentive programs, and closures.
- Coordinate sales training programs and track effectiveness.
- Implement HR digitization initiatives and leverage AI tools for HR analytics.
- Prepare dashboards and MIS reports for leadership reviews.
- Foster employee engagement and resolve team-specific challenges.
Qualifications & Skills
English proficiency required.
