Role Overview :

We are seeking a Scrum Master to lead agile delivery for Salesforce programs within the Business Applications (BizApps) engineering group. The Scrum Master will work closely with Salesforce product owners, architects, and development teams to ensure effective sprint execution, stakeholder alignment, and continuous delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ.

This role demands strong expertise in agile frameworks, deep understanding of Salesforce program dynamics, and proven experience managing cross-functional enterprise projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as Scrum Master for Salesforce teams delivering enhancements and integrations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ.
• Facilitate all agile ceremonies daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain healthy product backlogs, ensure stories are well-defined, and align sprint goals with business priorities.
• Monitor sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, team capacity) and use data to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove impediments that may impact team progress or delivery timelines.
• Ensure consistent application of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe practices across Salesforce delivery tracks.
• Coordinate with architecture, QA, DevOps, and release management teams to align dependencies and ensure smooth deployments.
• Manage stakeholder communications, report on delivery progress, and track key outcomes using Jira or Salesforce Agile Accelerator.
• Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, and transparency within agile teams.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on agile principles and organizational best practices.
