Fullestop - Business Analyst

About the Role :

Fullestop is seeking a Business Analyst Post Sales to join our technology team.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in mobile and web application projects, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to manage requirements, documentation, and communication between business stakeholders and development teams.

This role is best suited for professionals who thrive in fast-paced service-based IT environments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work directly with clients to gather and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and wireframes.
• Serve as a bridge between clients, project managers, and development teams.
• Monitor project timelines, proactively identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and UAT.
• Prepare and maintain key project documents : BRDs, SRS, SOW, and technical specifications.
• Support QA activities by validating requirements, tracking defects, and ensuring timely fixes.
• Manage multiple projects in parallel while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
