Location : Hyderabad / Chennai

About the Role :

Preeminent Technology India Pvt Ltd. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) and Continuous Authorization & Monitoring (CAM). The ideal candidate will bring a solid development background, hands-on experience in automation, workflows, and CMDB / Discovery, along with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications.
Work extensively with GRC modules Risk Management and 3rd Party integrations.
Implement and automate Continuous Authorization and Monitoring (CAM) processes.
Design and manage workflows and automation across modules.
Build and maintain authorization boundaries within ServiceNow.
Handle package creation, ongoing authorization, and monitoring activities.
Leverage JavaScript, Business Rules, Data Policies, APIs, and Custom Modules for solution development.
Work with CMDB & Discovery to support ITOM / GRC integrations.
Follow ServiceNow best practices in scripting, security, and implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document solutions :
Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
At least 2+ years of experience in :

1. GRC modules Risk Management & 3P integration

2. CAM (Continuous Authorization & Monitoring) in GRC

3. Workflow and Automation

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification (preferred).

Strong technical skills in JavaScript, APIs, Business Rules, Data Policies, and custom module development.

Hands-on experience in package creation, authorization, and monitoring.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.

Ability to apply business concepts into robust technical solutions.
