▷ (02 / 10 / 2025) CIB Country Finance – Leadership Role

Our client is a global banking firm which provides industry-focused services for clients across geographies. We are currently looking for a seasoned finance leader to manage the capital requirements of the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) division in Bangalore.

Some of the key responsibilities will include :

• Reviewing, analyzing, and finalizing monthly CIB RWA (Risk-Weighted Assets) and leverage reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Identifying gaps in capital processes and driving corrective actions to enhance data quality and integrity.
• Designing and maintaining high-quality MIS reports for RWA and leverage on a monthly and daily basis.
• Engaging with Risk, Operations, Technology, and Finance teams to track, remediate, and log RWA issues.
• Providing subject matter expertise on PRA regulatory guidelines and Basel 3.0 / 3.1 capital requirements for CIB products.
