Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 5 to 15 software engineers.

Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, architecture reviews, and continuous improvement.

Manage sprint planning, capacity, and resource allocation in Agile (Scrum / Kanban) environments.

Set measurable goals for team productivity, code quality, and delivery speed.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Client-Stakeholder, Product, DevOps, and QA teams to align roadmaps.

Translate business goals into project initiatives and execution plans.

Excellent communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management.

Languages / Frameworks : Java 11+ (or 17+), Spring Boot / Spring Cloud, REST APIs, JPA / Hibernate

Cloud : AWS (ECS, EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudFormation / Terraform)

Architecture : Microservices, Event-driven architecture, Domain-driven design (DDD), API design

DevOps : CI / CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins / GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes

Databases : PostgreSQL / MySQL / DynamoDB / Redis

Messaging : AWS SQS, Kafka

Monitoring / Logging : CloudWatch, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana

Security : OAuth2 / OpenID Connect, AWS IAM, Secrets Manager, API Gateway

Testing : JUnit, Mockito, Test containers, integration testing
