UHT Operation & Monitoring
- Operate and monitor UHT sterilizer and aseptic filling lines.
- Ensure process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rate) are maintained as per product specifications.
- Conduct pre-startup checks and ensure equipment readiness.
Production Planning & Control
Execute daily production schedules as per the production plan.Coordinate with the planning and warehouse teams for timely material availability (raw milk, sugar, additives, etc.).Minimize process downtime and improve line efficiency.Quality Assurance & Documentation
Maintain process records, sterilization logs, and CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) records.Monitor and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and food hygiene standards.Conduct product sampling and coordinate with the QA department for quality testing.Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective maintenance.Identify process deviations and initiate corrective actions.Ensure timely calibration of instruments and process sensors.Hygiene & Safety Compliance
Follow GMP, HACCP, and safety protocols within the UHT plant area.Ensure cleaning and sanitization procedures are executed effectively.Participate in safety drills and audits.Team Coordination & Reporting
Supervise UHT operators and helpers during production shifts.Maintain daily production and performance reports.Provide shift handover notes and highlight any operational concerns.Skills Required
