Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth execution as per drawings and specifications.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients for design clarifications and approvals.

Manage labour, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain quality and timelines.

Ensure high standards of workmanship, especially in

architectural details and finishes .

Conduct site measurements, prepare progress reports, and update project schedules.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and site protocols.

Monitor material usage, check quality of construction materials, and reduce wastage.

Support billing team with site measurements and certification.

Key Skills & Competencies

Hands-on experience in

architect-designed residential projects .

Strong understanding of finishes, detailing, and architectural coordination.

Good communication skills for client and consultant interactions.

Ability to lead teams and resolve site-level challenges independently.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project / Excel, and basic site management tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in

Civil Engineering.

2–5 years of experience in residential building construction, preferably architect-driven projects.
