Job description

Core Competencies :

Financial Reporting & Analysis

Preparation of Annual Standalone & Consolidated Financial Statements in accordance with IND AS, covering subsidiaries, associates, and joint ventures (including international entities).
Development of budgeted financial statements including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow forecasts.
In-depth P&L and balance sheet analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Month-end closing activities, including expense provisioning and income accruals.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

End-to-end preparation of Tax Audit Reports, Transfer Pricing Reports, and Income Tax Returns.

Advance tax computation and filings.

Efficient handling of GST, Income Tax, ESI, and PF notices, with timely data compilation and liaison with government authorities.

Audit Management & Reconciliation

Leading responses to Statutory, Internal, and Stock Audit queries.

Ensuring accuracy through inter-company reconciliations and thorough documentation.

Regulatory Filings & Special Reports

Expertise in XBRL reporting, MCA compliance, and submission of statutory forms.

Preparation of financial data for banks (FFR, UFCE), vendor management, foreign exchange arrangements, and project payments.

Liaising with regulatory bodies including Archaeological Survey of India for compliance and project-related documentation.

Certifications & Financial Documentation

Preparation and validation of CA certificates for government projects, insurance requirements, and Specified Financial Transactions (SFT).

Process Optimization & Team Guidance

Driving automation initiatives and process revamps in line with evolving business needs and regulatory updates.

Mentoring team members on taxation and accounting processes and resolving complex queries.
