Experience- 12 Years

10+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3+ years in Health Cloud and proven multi-cloud delivery expertise.

Strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (identity resolution, harmonized data models, segmentation) and Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Audience Builder, Personalization).

Demonstrated integration experience with CTI systems (Genesys, Five9, Amazon Connect) and EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts) .

Hands-on experience with FHIR / HL7 standards, APIs, Mulesoft, and middleware integration patterns .

Deep knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and healthcare data interoperability standards .

Salesforce certifications strongly preferred : Health Cloud Accredited Professional

Data Cloud Consultant

Marketing Cloud Architect or Consultant

Integration Architect (nice to have)

Experience architecting payer and provider solutions (claims, care management, referral management, patient engagement).

Track record of leading cross-functional teams in Agile delivery environments.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with ability to translate technical architecture into business impact .

Exposure to AI / ML applications in healthcare engagement, personalization, or predictive analytics .
