Required Skills and Abilities :

Expertise in Java (J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices) for enterprise application development and maintenance.
Strong proficiency in React for front-end development and integration.
Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, especially in production environments.
In-depth understanding of software development best practices, Agile methodologies, and Scrum workflows.
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

Experience with PHP in a LAMP stack environment.

Familiarity with AWS cloud-hosted environments.

Background in the EdTech industry.
