We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and proactive Admission Counsellor who will serve as the first point of contact for prospective parents. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, conduct school tours, manage inbound and outbound calls, and guide families smoothly through the entire admission process.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kompally, Hyderabad, for an Admission Counsellor. The Admission Counsellor will manage and guide prospective students and their families throughout the school admission process. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing detailed information about the school's programs, answering inquiries, conducting school tours, and assisting families with the application process. Other responsibilities include maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, meeting enrollment targets, and collaborating with the school's academic and administrative teams.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and overall Communication skills
• 1–3 years of experience in counselling, customer service, or admissions (school experience is a plus).
• An understanding and passion for the field of Education
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues
• Proficiency in local and English language(s) is an added benefit
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education / Marketing background preferred).
• Experience in a similar role, particularly in the educational sector, is advantageous
