Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead and expand our solar sales operations across Hyderabad, Vishakhapatnam , Bangalore . The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in Solar Sales , with a proven track record in distributor development, channel sales, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in assigned territories.
  • Appoint, manage, and strengthen distributor and dealer networks.
  • Generate new business opportunities and expand market presence for solar products.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide timely market feedback.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Requirements :

  • Graduate / MBA in Marketing or a related field preferred.
  • 3–4 years of proven experience in Solar Sales .
  • Strong knowledge of channel sales and distributor management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Chhattisgarh & Madhya Pradesh.
  • Target-driven with strong problem-solving ability.
