About the Role

We are looking for a BIM Manager who has led coordination for Electrical and / or Low Voltage / Telecom systems in building projects, with strong Revit MEP + Navisworks experience.

You will lead modelers, coordinate across trades, and ensure clash-free deliverables for US construction projects.

Required Skills & Competencies

Revit MEP (must) — Strong command and ability to troubleshoot

AutoCAD MEP (must) — For detailing, referencing, and drawing updates

Navisworks Manage (must) — Clash sets, reporting, coordination tracking

BIM360 / ACC familiarity — Versioning, permissions, review workflows

Communication & Team Coordination — Ability to lead discussions and resolve conflicts

Attention to Detail — Ensuring models are constructible, clean, and standards-aligned

Ability to guide, review, assign tasks, and mentor junior modelers

Responsibilities

Lead Revit MEP modeling for Electrical & Telecom systems

Perform & manage clash detection in Navisworks

Conduct coordination meetings with project teams

Review deliverables for QA / QC, accuracy & constructability

Guide modelers, assign work, and support skill development

Use BIM360 / ACC for collaboration and model updates

Requirements

• Experience : 6–8 years in BIM coordination (MEPF focus)
• Strong in : Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, BIM360 / ACC
• Experience leading or mentoring modelers
• Clear communication and coordination skills
• Experience with US building projects is preferred
