Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in New Delhi with two vacancies. The Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of residential projects and structures. Daily tasks include developing architectural designs, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, managing projects from conception to completion, and ensuring that all constructions adhere to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Residential Architecture and Basic Interior Design skills

Project Management and Integration skills

Proficiency in relevant architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field

Experience with services, MEP and structure

Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in Architecture.
