E-Commerce Executive

Toni Rossi is a leading leather footwear brand in Chennai and We are seeking a detail-oriented E commerce Executive to join our Team. The ideal candidate reports to the Brand Manager and will be responsible for coordinating with design and logistics / dispatch teams, taking care of our listing across the E-commerce platforms, Coordinating with our logistics team.

Responsibilities :

• Upload and Maintain, Listings, Stock and Inventory for Shopify, Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.
• Manage Ads on E commerce platforms.
• Analyse sell-through and prepare reports to assess performance Monthly, Quarterly and Annually.
• Coordinate with our Logistics partners to ensure timely pick up and delivery of our shipments.
• Designing graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing materials as needed.
• Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and visual assets.
• This is a full-time office based role in Chennai.
• Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Footwear Design, Leather Technology, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in e commerce, preferably in fashion accessories.
• Strong understanding of e commerce platforms, listings, ads and sales patterns
• Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and merchandising tools.
• Eye for detail, style, and commercial awareness.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Ability to take direction, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required) : Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics.
• Experience with Canva, Figma, or other design tools.
• Familiarity with UI / UX design principles.
