Position : Sales Engineer – Power Group (PSG)

Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering(mandatory)

Experience : Minimum 2 years

Location : Pune / Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad

Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional for the position of Sales Engineer (PSG). The incumbent will be responsible for business development, product promotion, and sales of pre-packaged software, electronic hardware, and allied services within the electric power sector. The role also involves maintaining and strengthening customer relationships to ensure consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Promote and sell software products, hardware solutions, and related services to clients in the power sector.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain long-term client relationships with utilities, consultants, and industrial customers.
  • Present product portfolios effectively and demonstrate their technical and business value.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales operations.
  • Provide market insights and identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills :

  • Proven experience in sales of pre-packaged products or services in the electrical power domain.
  • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and delivering measurable business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across business and technical levels.
  • Knowledge of power system simulation software will be an added advantage.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong team player with collaborative working style.
  • Analytical, creative, and confident with strong presentation abilities.
  • Self-initiated, proactive, and adaptable to challenging environments.
