Description :
The SAP Ariba Specialist will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and integrating the SAP Ariba platform with existing enterprise systems (SAP ECC, SAP S / 4HANA, etc.) to enhance the efficiency and transparency of procurement and supply chain operations. This role requires a deep understanding of source-to-pay processes, technical integration capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure system compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implementation & Configuration : Lead or support the end-to-end implementation and configuration of various SAP Ariba modules, including Sourcing, Procurement (P2P, Guided Buying), Contract Management, Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP), and Supply Chain Collaboration.
- Integration Management : Design, configure, and manage seamless integration between SAP Ariba and backend ERP systems (SAP S / 4HANA, SAP ECC) using the SAP Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), APIs, web services, and other middleware platforms.
- Business Process Alignment : Collaborate with business stakeholders (Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain) to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and translate business needs into effective system solutions that align with best practices.
- Data Management : Oversee master and transactional data replication and migration activities, ensuring data integrity and consistency across integrated systems.
- Testing & Support : Develop and execute test scripts for unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and manage bug fixes and enhancements.
- Supplier Enablement & Collaboration : Facilitate supplier onboarding and ensure suppliers understand and utilize the Ariba Network for collaboration on orders, invoices, and forecasts.
- Documentation & Training : Create and maintain detailed functional and technical documentation, process flows, and training materials. Conduct user training sessions to ensure successful adoption and efficient use of Ariba solutions.
- Continuous Improvement : Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend and implement new features and updates to maximize the value of SAP Ariba and optimize procurement processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience : Proven experience (e.g., 3-5+ years) in SAP Ariba implementation, configuration, and support projects.
Technical Proficiency : Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba modules and integration tools (CIG, APIs, web services).
Domain Expertise : Strong understanding of procurement, source-to-pay (S2P), and supply chain management processes.
ERP Knowledge : Familiarity with SAP ECC or SAP S / 4HANA systems and integration points.
Soft Skills : Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Certifications (Preferred) : SAP Ariba certification(s) in relevant modules (e.g., Procurement, Sourcing) are highly desired.
