Core Competencies Hands-on experience with PM tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Notion. Strong skills in writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and defining clear acceptance criteria. Understanding of the software development process, including agile / scrum methodologies. Ability to collaborate effectively with software developers, designers, and business stakeholders. Comfortable with conducting user research, interviews, surveys, and market visits to capture customer pain points and opportunities. Technical & Analytical Skills Requirement Analysis : Gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing business and technical needs. Documentation : Writing PRDs, wireframes, user stories, and use cases. Research : Market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer journey mapping. Tools : Jira, Confluence, Trello, Figma (for wireframes), Google Analytics (good to have). Understanding of Technology : Familiarity with APIs, databases, and basic software engineering concepts. Soft Skills Self-driven and curious, with a strong desire to learn and grow. Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate product vision and requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Ability to balance business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility. Expected Contributions Conduct user and market research to identify pain points and opportunities. Collaborate with the development team to translate requirements into clear PRDs and user stories. Assist in prioritizing features and maintaining product backlogs. Participate in sprint planning, product reviews, and user testing sessions. Provide insights and documentation that support data-driven product decisions. Visit markets / customers when needed to build empathy and first-hand understanding of users. Background Bachelor's / Master's in Computer Science, Business, Product Management, or related field. Solid foundation in user research, requirement analysis, and product development lifecycle.
