Customer Contracts

Candidate should be able to independently review and negotiate the IT contracts pertaining to Americas (US, Canada, LATAM)

Candidate will have to review procurement side contracts mostly but may have exposure to customer side contracts as well.

• . Candidates will have to work on contracts with customers, subcontractors, vendors & alliance partners, based globally.

Review and negotiation of Master Services Agreements, SOWs, Partner Agreements, Reseller Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Rainmaker Agreements.

Co-ordinate with procurement, business and delivery functions for closure of transactions.

Co-ordinate with other legal team members

Prepare monthly report on transactions received in particular month

The role also involves monthly cadence reporting & meetings with the management, conducting presentations & trainings as may be required and legal projects on a case-by-case basis (assigned by the Senior Legal Counsels in the team)

Inter-personal competencies

Major Experience in Contract Negotiation is required

Review and Negotiate Customer Agreements

Experience in negotiating IT Outsourcing contracts and other types of IT contracts with customers.
