Oracle Fusion / Finance Functional Consultant

About the Role :

We are hiring an Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultants to provide functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance modules along with knowledge of Project Portfolio Management (PPM). This role is ideal for professionals experienced in financial systems, ERP processes, and Oracle Cloud solutions who can deliver end-to-end financial automation and reporting solutions.

This position is mainly for Noida ( Offshore Development Center) and provides the opportunity to work on complex financial cycles, end-to-end budgeting, and integrated project management solutions in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement Oracle Fusion Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, and PPM.
• Configure Chart of Accounts, Mapping Sets, Cross-Validation Rules, and Approval Workflows.
• Support integrations between Oracle Fusion Finance and third-party systems.
• Develop OTBI and BI Publisher reports for financial analytics and reporting.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes across Finance modules.
• Conduct quarterly Oracle upgrade testing, assess new features, and recommend adoption plans.
• Provide user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Troubleshoot issues, validate data, and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Assist in budget planning, forecasting, and EPM integration with Finance modules.
• Coordinate with IT teams for custom applications and minor enhancements.
