Associate Director / Director / Head – Media Operations
About the Role :
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Media Operations leader to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires strong operational and analytical skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure seamless media delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
Campaign Execution & Management
- Plan and coordinate media across ATL (TV, Print, Radio, OOH) and BTL / Digital platforms.
- Manage release orders, media bookings, and campaign activations on time.
- Oversee trafficking of creatives and materials to media partners.
Operations & Coordination
Liaise with media vendors, publishers, and platforms to ensure accurate execution.Monitor ad placements, proof of execution (POEs), and delivery versus planned schedules.Handle release orders, contracts, and invoicing with precision.Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track campaign delivery, impressions, and performance against KPIs.Create post-campaign reports and actionable insights for internal teams and clients.Maintain dashboards and ensure data accuracy for decision-making.Financial & Compliance Management
Coordinate with Finance and Accounts for vendor payments and client billing.Ensure compliance with company policies, audits, and contractual obligations.Collaboration & Client Servicing
Partner with Client Servicing, Creative, and Strategy teams for integrated execution.Support client requirements with timely updates, performance reviews, and operational efficiency.Qualifications & Skills :
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Mass Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.10–12 years of experience in media operations, media planning, or campaign management (agency background preferred).Strong knowledge of ATL (TV, Print, Radio, OOH) and Digital (Social, Programmatic, Performance, Search, Video, Display).Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and media tools / software.Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking ability.Strong analytical skills with experience in dashboards, media tools, and ROI measurement.Skills Required
