We are looking for smart, energetic, and target-driven Resale & Rental Specialists responsible for field visits, client meetings, inventory coordination, property showings, and deal closures.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗞𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶, 𝗞𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗮𝘃 𝗡𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗿, 𝗩𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗡𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗿, 𝗪𝗮𝗴𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗶, 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗵𝘄𝗮 & 𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗽𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗮.

• Conduct daily site visits & property showings for resale and rental listings.
• Manage client requirements, build strong relationships & understand property needs.
• Coordinate with property owners, tenants & developers for inventory updates.
• Convert leads into successful closures and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Handle documentation, agreements, token processes & property handovers.
• Maintain CRM records, reports & client communication logs.
• Create & manage video walkthroughs, listing photos & marketing content.
• Represent Realtyroof professionally in the Pune premium real estate market.
• Use your personal branding & social media presence for listing promotion, client relationship building & business development.
