The role holder will deliver both strategic and operational HR support across all areas of the HR function, working in close partnership with the central HR team.
Responsibilities :
- Provide HR advisory and administrative support to Technology, Transformation, and International Markets teams, collaborating with relevant HR Leads as needed.
- Partner with Wider HR group members to ensure effective case management and continuous improvement of the overall employee experience, with a specific focus on India.
- Collaborate with the International Reward Team to shape and maintain a competitive reward strategy for India that attracts and retains top talent.
- Lead the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy across India, fostering an inclusive and evolving workplace culture in partnership with HR teams.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment, selection, and onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate and new-joiner experience.
- Drive learning and capability development initiatives , including leadership upskilling, local L&D partnerships, and promoting the growth culture.
- Coach and mentor people managers , providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
- Lead engagement and culture initiatives , including employee events, celebrations, and internal communication activities to strengthen collaboration and recognition.
- Manage and interpret employee engagement surveys , ensuring follow-through on insights to enhance engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Support HR projects and process improvements
Required Experience :
Experienced HR professional with a strong track record in managing diverse HR functions and driving successful outcomes.Holds a relevant HR qualification, demonstrating solid foundational and technical knowledge of HR practices.Background in international business environments, with an understanding of global standards and cross-cultural dynamics.Proven ability to lead and deliver projects from concept to completion with attention to quality and timelines.Excellent communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.Culturally aware, discreet, and trustworthy, maintaining confidentiality while building strong relationships.Proactive, adaptable, and resilient team player, capable of working independently with a results-focused mindset.Benefits :
