Description

This role in the Purchasing Market Operations team is an entry-level role that supports the execution of purchasing strategies. The individual will be involved in various aspects of purchasing operations, from supplier selection to contract negotiation.

Responsibilities :

Strategic Sourcing and Process Management :

  • Execute sourcing strategies for brand-building services, including digital advertising, content creation, and social media management.
  • Review & process purchase requisitions
  • Manage and maintain the vendor database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Implement and monitor operational purchasing policies and procedures.

Digital Expertise and Analytics :

  • Leverage digital tools and data analytics to streamline workflows, track vendor performance, and generate actionable insights.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and leverage systems to track key data points related to marketing services.
  • Stakeholder and Vendor Management :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for routine communication with agencies, freelancers, and other vendors.
  • Liaise with internal marketing and finance teams to address operational purchasing-related inquiries / issues
  • Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with vendor partners.
  • Risk and Compliance :

  • Ensuring all agreements and supporting documents are properly executed and stored
  • Ensure all daily purchasing activities adhere to company policies, standards, and legal requirements.
  • Identify and report on any purchase-related issues or compliance risks

    Job Qualifications

    Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a procurement, purchasing, or operations role, preferably with exposure to digital or marketing services.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and procurement software (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, or other ERP systems).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
