About the Role
TalentOla is looking for a
US Recruiter / Executive Search Consultant
to support
IT and Sales leadership hiring
for US-based clients. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder interaction, and delivering high-quality talent across individual contributor and leadership positions.
Freshers with strong communication, aptitude, and presentation skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for
US IT & Sales leadership roles
Work on
individual contributors to senior leadership positions
Manager, Director, VP levels)
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and market mapping
Conduct initial screenings, functional discussions, and candidate evaluations
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups in
US EST time zones
Build strong relationships with candidates and US-based clients
Maintain ATS updates, recruitment trackers, and hiring documentation
Achieve hiring timelines while maintaining quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
Strong
aptitude, analytical ability, and presentation skills
Confidence to interact with senior candidates and US stakeholders
Willingness to work in
night shift (US EST)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Graduation required (MBA / HR preferred but not mandatory)
Experience
Freshers :
Graduates with strong communication, aptitude, and presentation skills are welcome
Experienced Professionals :
1–6 years of experience in
US IT recruitment / Executive Search
