Plant Maintenance Lead

Role & Responsibilities :

• Perform hands-on mechanical maintenance of plant machinery including CNC machines, PLC systems, SPMs, automated machining lines, conveyors, conventional machines, and industrial robots.
• Interpret mechanical drawings and possess strong knowledge of machine elements such as guideways, spindles, tool / work changers, and mechanical drive systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in pneumatic and hydraulic systems, spindles, and other mechanical assemblies.
• Execute lubrication routines and ensure optimal performance of mechanical components.
• Carry out predictive and preventive maintenance activities across manufacturing equipment.
• Collect and analyze daily machine data to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain awareness and adherence to ISO, OHSAS, and Maintenance Management Systems.
• Monitor key maintenance KPIs including Availability, MTBF, and MTTR.
• Contribute to TPM initiatives and actively participate in Kaizen, 5S, continuous improvement, and cost-saving projects.
