What we're looking for

We're seeking a passionate and skilled QA Automation Engineer with a strong focus on JavaScript / Playwright framework to join our growing team. If you have a knack for ensuring quality, love to automate testing processes, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

What you'll be doing

As a QA Automation Engineer at Talentica, you will :

• Collaborate closely with the development team to plan and strategize the testing process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.
• Engage with senior engineers, customers, and product managers to deeply understand requirements from both a business and end-user perspective, testing the product accordingly and verifying that all acceptance criteria are met.
• Provide clear and comprehensive visibility into product quality, including potential risks and mitigation plans, to all relevant stakeholders.
• Thoroughly validate product functionality through both manual and automated testing, strategically adding automation tests to the regression suite as the application evolves and scales.
• Proactively explore and evaluate new testing tools and frameworks, recommending the best solutions to address business challenges and improve our testing capabilities.
