Role Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst (Reporting) to support our data-driven operations across the FasTutorAI ecosystem. This role focuses on building and managing reporting systems that provide visibility into platform performance, user engagement, learning analytics, and operational efficiency.

You will work with large datasets generated from AI interactions, course modules, CareerLab progress, student behavior, and institutional usage. You will be responsible for delivering clean, accurate, and actionable reports that help leadership, educators, and technical teams make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Dashboard Development

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and performance reports for internal teams and partner institutions.
• Build automated reporting pipelines using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or custom reporting modules within FasTutorAI.
• Create standardized reporting frameworks to track learning progress, performance trends, and platform engagement.
