Assistant Warehouse Manager - Haileymandi

Key Responsibilities

 Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the 3PL partner for all

operational matters.

 Monitor daily inbound and outbound operations, including order picking, packing, and

dispatch.

 Ensure accurate stock replenishment, inventory updates, and cycle counts.

 Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and procurement teams for order priorities and

special promotions.

 Track shipment status and proactively address any delays or discrepancies.

 Review 3PL performance metrics (e.g., turnaround time, accuracy, damage rates) and

escalate issues where needed.

 Assist in resolving warehouse-related issues such as stock mismatches, damages, or system

errors.

 Support implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-

effectiveness.

 Maintain and update logistics documentation, reports, and records for audits and compliance.

 Knowledge and hands on expertise of SAP and other WMS

Requirement

 Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

 4–6 years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably in FMCG, retail, or beauty

industry.

 Experience working with 3PL providers and warehouse management systems (WMS).

 Strong problem-solving, Excellent communication, and negotiation skills. Strong

Communication is the key for this role.

 Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

 Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Should be assertive

 Knowledge of inventory management principles and dispatch operations.

 Attention to detail and accuracy, Time management and organizational skills

 Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, Proactive approach in identifying and solving

operational challenges
