Business Analyst (Insurance Claims)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Mandatory :
• Proven experience in Life or Health Insurance domain .
• End-to-end exposure in the Claims process (from claim initiation to settlement).
• Strong understanding of insurance products, policy servicing, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in preparing BRD, FRD, Use Cases, and Process Flow Diagrams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with tools such as MS Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or similar BA tools.
