Position Overview

The Finance, Investment & Administration Lead will work directly with the Director / Managing Director to oversee financial operations, investment portfolios, and administrative functions. The role blends executive support, financial management, and portfolio oversight, ensuring seamless coordination between business, finance, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Strategic Support

• Act as the right hand to the Director in managing daily business operations and decision-making.
• Coordinate communications, appointments, travel, and business meetings on behalf of the Director.
• Prepare presentations, analytical reports, and summaries for management review.
• Maintain strict confidentiality on all personal and financial information.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

: MBA in Finance / Accounting / Operations or equivalent professional degree (CA Inter preferred).

Experience

: 5–8 years in finance, accounting, or investment management, preferably in a manufacturing or export environment.
