About the Role

We’re hiring experienced accountants (B.Com or MBA, 3–4 years) to join our Client Delivery team at Maximor. This isn’t traditional outsourced accounting — you’ll be on the frontlines of AI-driven finance delivery for global clients, managing books, reconciliations, reporting, and close processes with cutting-edge automation tools.

If you’ve built a solid foundation in accounting and want to grow beyond shared services into global client delivery + AI product work, this is your next big move.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day accounting ops for international clients — bookkeeping, JEs, reconciliations, AP / AR.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for client stakeholders.
• Partner with delivery leads to scope and execute end-to-end client workflows.
• Work directly with our AI + product teams to test, refine, and scale automation.
• Be the bridge between clients, delivery, and product — turning messy real-world workflows into clean, explainable outcomes.
