Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager with over 10 years of experience in IT service delivery and project management. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing end-to-end technical delivery, service management, cloud platforms (Azure, Oracle, Salesforce), and modern software development methodologies including Agile and Scrum. Relevant certifications like PMP and ITIL are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the successful delivery of complex IT projects and services, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and budget.
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with stakeholders, vendors, and internal technical teams.
• Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for various projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all delivery-related communications and escalations.
• Implement best practices in service management, ensuring high availability and reliability of systems.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL and PMP standards for all project and service delivery activities.
• Monitor delivery metrics and provide regular status reports to senior leadership.
• Oversee cloud-based deployments and integrations, primarily on Azure, Oracle Cloud, and Salesforce platforms.
• Mitigate delivery risks through proactive planning, change management, and resource optimization.
