Description :
The Product Manager will drive the complete lifecycle of digital wealth solutions, combining a deep understanding of fintech, user engagement, and fast-paced execution. The PM will be responsible for new product launches (0-1), rapid scaling (1-10), and ongoing optimization with full accountability for metrics like customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities :
- Translate vision into reality by leading ideation, build, go-live, and growth.
- Deeper empathy for users and problem-first mindset.
- Orchestrate the product roadmap for improving customer acquisition and retention through tools which
- Own the process of building MVPs, scaling new digital journeys, and optimizing established productshandling the 0-1 and 1-10 phases.
- Leverage data to make decisions and strong focus on automation to avoid repeated tasks
- Develop customer engagement strategies (lifecycle management, retention campaigns, NPS initiatives, community build-outs).
- Maintain high-touch communication with internal and external stakeholders to align on objectives, requirements, and KPIs.
- Stay updated on digital wealth trends, competitor landscape, and regulatory needs to inform product strategy.
- Foster a culture of rapid experimentation, iteration, and continuous product learning.
Requirements :
BTech and MBA from a reputed institution.Minimum 8 years of post-MBA product management experience building and scaling digital products, ideally in fintech, wealthtech, investments, or related domains.Strong expertise and hands-on involvement in product launches (0-1), scale-up (1-10), and post-launch optimization.Experience in building CRM solutions to improve productivity & efficiencyProven ability with modern tech stacks, digital solutions for customer lifecycle, product analytics, and A / B experimentation.Demonstrated track record of stakeholder management, leading agile squads, interfacing with CXOs, and delivering with velocity.Data-driven, customer-obsessed, and able to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication; able to facilitate alignment from boardroom to engineering.(ref : hirist.tech)
