Guitcom - Manager - Assurance Offshore Team - North America Region

Role

• Lead and manage an offshore team delivering audit and assurance services to clients in the North America region.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and review of assurance engagements, ensure compliance with US and Canadian accounting and auditing standards, and maintain quality and timeliness of deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with onshore teams, provide technical guidance to team members, and contribute to process improvements and team Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 6 years' experience in audit / assurance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Experience working with North American clients or in US / Canadian audit environments preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and / or Canadian GAAP, and related auditing standards
• Excellent communication, team management, and client service skills
