D365 F&O Finance Functional Consultant (Senior Role)

The Role : Senior D365 F&O Finance Functional Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned D365 F&O professional to join our EAS team. This senior role involves leading finance transformations, leveraging your 15+ years of IT experience , and utilizing your D365 certifications (MB-300 / MB-310) to deliver complex client solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation projects from planning to Go-Live.

Conduct business meetings to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements ( FRD, FDD, SDD ).

Configure core finance modules ( GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, Budget ) and define account structures / parameters.

Manage posting group creation and ensure seamless integration between finance and trade processes.

Oversee System Integration Testing ( SIT ), User Acceptance Testing ( UAT ) support, and conduct detailed end-user training.

Create setup configuration documents for finance modules.

Experience & Skills :

Overall 15+ Years’ IT experience with strong domain knowledge in Finance and Operations.

Minimum 4+ years of dedicated experience in Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance and Operations implementation and support.

Certifications : MB-300 (Core F&O) and MB-310 (Finance Functional Consultant).

Experience in Solution Design , Delivery Lead roles, and Project / Program Management is highly desirable.

Excellent Team Management, Account Management, and Client Engagement Skills are a must.

Prior experience in a consulting environment or pre-sales / sales activities is beneficial.
