HR Recruiter – Interview & Feedback Analysis Specialist

Work Mode : Remote (Work from Home)

Commitment : Minimum 4 hours / day (Part-Time) - Flexible within 8 AM to 8 PM

Stipend : ₹3,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a recruitment-focused HR professional with strong documentation and analytical abilities. The core responsibilities include interview coordination, feedback analysis, and structured documentation using Google Workspace tools.

Selected candidates will also receive training and mentorship on hiring strategy, job posting, and recruitment analytics through live, ongoing projects — offering valuable hands-on experience in real hiring environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct and document telephonic interviews and maintain feedback records.
  • Manage interview analysis and candidate evaluation sheets using Google Sheets & Docs.
  • Coordinate web-based interviews, group discussions, and virtual HR rounds .
  • Support in drafting job descriptions, writing candidate emails, and analyzing feedback trends .
  • Collaborate on live recruitment projects under senior HR mentorship.
  • Maintain professionalism and data accuracy across all recruitment documentation.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail, and Drive .
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills.
  • Comfortable with Google Meet, Zoom, and other digital interview platforms .
  • Sourcing or screening experience will be considered an added advantage.
  • Enthusiasm to learn new hiring strategies and tools.

  • Graduate in any discipline (HR or related preferred).
  • Prior exposure to HR coordination or internship experience in recruitment will be valued.
  • Must be available for minimum 4 hours daily (remote) .
  • Keen interest in learning modern HR operations and recruitment systems.
