Role Summary
- This role is ideal for a passionate sales professional or fresher with the drive to grow in the high-end surfaces industry. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for executing B2B sales, maintaining showroom / architect relationships, and driving awareness of Spectas premium offerings in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and generate leads from architects, contractors, kitchen installers, and project consultantsWork on-site with showroom owners and IDAs to maintain brand visibilityManage sample circulation, follow-ups, and display setupsAssist senior sales managers in sales strategy and executionCoordinate with internal departments for orders, deliveries, and client serviceRequired Qualifications & Skills
Masters in Business Administration or a related fieldExperience in or knowledge of tiles, ceramics, stone, or sanitary ware preferredMust own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for field workGood verbal and written communication skillsComfortable working in a target-oriented, field-based environment.Skills Required
