Job description

Role Summary

  • This role is ideal for a passionate sales professional or fresher with the drive to grow in the high-end surfaces industry. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for executing B2B sales, maintaining showroom / architect relationships, and driving awareness of Spectas premium offerings in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and generate leads from architects, contractors, kitchen installers, and project consultants
  • Work on-site with showroom owners and IDAs to maintain brand visibility
  • Manage sample circulation, follow-ups, and display setups
  • Assist senior sales managers in sales strategy and execution
  • Coordinate with internal departments for orders, deliveries, and client service
  • Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Masters in Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience in or knowledge of tiles, ceramics, stone, or sanitary ware preferred
  • Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for field work
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a target-oriented, field-based environment.
