Responsibilities include :

Software development.  Appian BPM Appian components : SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, Sites, Web APIs, and Integrations. Appian Plug-ins and Smart Services

Build and configure packaged software and Software as a Service products.

Contribute to Appian application architecture and design best practices.

Develop and test new components or enhancements to existing applications.

Utilize declarative features to enhance functionality where applicable.

Provide primary support for application releases into production, including deployment planning and scheduling.

Skills and Qualifications :

7+ years of experience in software development with at least 5 years in Appian BPM (latest version 25.x features hands on experience)

Expertise in Appian components : SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, Sites, Web APIs, and Integrations.

Solid understanding of Appian application architecture and design best practices.

Proficiency in database technologies like MySQL (Joins,Stored Procedures,Functions,Query performance tuning)

Experience with Appian Plug-ins and Smart Services.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Expert proficiency in Appian Process Automation.

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.

Highly desirable skills

Appian Certified Senior Developer (Preferred)

Appian Certified Lead Developer (Highly Preferred)

Intermediate proficiency in Build Management.

Intermediate proficiency in Configuration & Release Management.

Intermediate proficiency in Design & Build Enablement.
