Brand Manager Role Overview :
The Brand Manager will play a key role in crafting and executing strategies to strengthen The company's position in the e-commerce and fashion accessory market. This role involves leading branding initiatives, managing marketing campaigns, and ensuring a consistent and appealing brand image across all customer touch points.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Brand Strategy & Development
- Develop and execute brand positioning strategies to enhance customer engagement and brand recall.
- Identify target audience preferences and trends to shape branding efforts.
2. Marketing Campaigns
Plan and implement creative online and offline marketing campaigns to boost customer acquisition and retention.Collaborate with design, content, and performance marketing teams to create impact campaigns.3. Product Launches
Manage branding and promotional strategies for new product launches.Monitor and analyze product performance in alignment with brand goals.4. Market Research & Analysis
Conduct competitive analysis and customer behavior studies to identify new opportunities.Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.5. Collaboration & Vendor Management
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, supply chain, and sales, to maintain a cohesive brand experience.Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors for marketing collateral and advertisements.6. Digital Branding
Oversee social media channels, website content, and online ads to ensure consistent messaging.Optimize SEO / SEM strategies to increase brand visibility.Key Skills and Competencies :
Proven experience in brand management or marketing (3+ years preferred).Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with experience in market research and campaign analysis.Creativity and a passion for fashion and accessories.Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and project management software.Qualifications :
