Claims Management : Manage the end-to-end claims process, from claim intimation, required documentation, coordination with the deputed surveyors, investigation, negotiation & settlement within expected timeline.
2. Client Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding claims-related inquiries and updates, providing timely and accurate information.
3. Policy Scrutiny : Review insurance policies to determine coverage, adequacy of sum insured and ensure compliance with policy terms and conditions.
4. Vendor Management : Coordinate with external vendors such as adjusters, appraisers, valuers, risk management agencies and legal counsel to facilitate the claims process and ensure efficient resolution.
5. Data Analysis : Analyze claims data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process, coverage & price improvement.
6. Risk Assessment : Identification & assessment of gap in cover opted in existing policy, arrange for risk management surveys, recommend process / measures to prevent / minimize potential loss to the client.
7. Regulatory Compliance : Stay up to date on industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
8. Documentation : Maintain accurate and detailed records of business, claims activity including risk assessment, correspondence, and settlements.
9. Client Advocacy : Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure fair and equitable claims settlements, negotiating with insurance companies as necessary.
10. CBA : Preparation & presentation of Cost Benefit Analysis to the clients with regards to clients insurance portfolio against incurred claim.
