Position Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in mobile banking solution development to play a key role in the design, implementation, and enhancement of our mobile banking platform.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mobile technologies, banking systems, and business processes, coupled with excellent analytical and communication skills.
They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and ensure the successful delivery of mobile banking solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for mobile banking solutions.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with architectural principles and design objectives.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to gather and prioritize requirements, facilitating consensus and alignment among stakeholders.
- Analyze existing systems, processes, and data structures to identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and innovation in mobile banking solution development.
- Work closely with UX / UI designers to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that visualize the user interface and user experience of mobile banking applications.
- Define test cases, validation scenarios, and acceptance criteria to ensure the quality and reliability of mobile banking solutions, collaborating with QA engineers throughout the testing process.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to development teams during the implementation phase, clarifying requirements, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of mobile banking solutions.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Proven experience as a Business Analyst in mobile banking solution development, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Experience working in Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and familiarity with tools such as JIRA or Confluence.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.Role : Technical Lead
