Job Summary :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Legal Executive to support our legal and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate law, property law, and regulatory compliance, with hands-on experience in contract drafting, legal documentation, and liaising with regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Draft, review, and manage various contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Provide legal support for corporate matters, including board resolutions, incorporation, and compliance.
  • Ensure legal compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including property-related legal aspects.
  • Conduct legal research and provide opinions on various legal matters.
  • Manage and maintain legal records and documentation.
  • Liaise with external counsels, government authorities, and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Assist in handling disputes, litigation support, and responding to legal notices.
  • Support due diligence activities and risk assessments for ongoing and new projects.
  • Stay updated with changes in laws, regulations, and industry practices.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
  • Experience : 1 to 2.5 years of relevant legal experience.
  • Skills :

  • Sound knowledge of corporate and property law.
  • Proficient in legal drafting and documentation.
  • Good understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical ability.
  • Preferred Attributes :

  • Exposure to real estate or corporate legal departments is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Integrity, discretion, and professional ethics in handling sensitive information.
