This is a 3 Month Contract with a possibility of a full time position being offered at the end of the contract.

Scope of work
– Define ICPs, content pillars, tone, and weekly calendar for X, Instagram, YouTube Shorts,
– Launch plan across phases : tease → launch week → 90-day momentum
– Creative angles for product education, user stories, credibility, and shareability
– 3–5 short AI videos per week using Veo / Runway / Pika / Synthesia; strong prompt chops to get cinematic results
– 6–10 static posts per week using Canva / Figma; carousels, testimonials, mini-explainers, memes where apt
– Thumbnails, hooks, captions, and platform-native edits; maintain a reusable prompt and asset library
– Daily publishing across platforms, comment moderation, DMs, and lightweight community ops
– UGC sourcing and creator collabs; clear usage rights and tracking links
– Plan and run ads on Meta, Google UAC, and YouTube; optional X / tests
– Budget pacing, creative testing, audience building, and remarketing flows
– Clear experiment design : hypothesis, creative variants, and next move
– Weekly report : content performance, paid performance, insights, and next 3 experiments
– Track : views, watch-time, retention at 3s / 50%, saves, shares, CTR, CPA / CPI, and ROAS where relevant
Deliverables and cadence
– Content calendar with post copy, hooks, thumbnails, and asset links
– 3–5 short videos, 6–10 static posts, 3–6 story frames, and 1–2 creator briefs
– Performance report with actions for the next sprint
– Growth summary, learning log, top-performing formats, and a refreshed playbook
– Paid ads dashboard with spend, CPI / CPA, best audiences, and creative winners
